Staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel was deluxe, it had peaceful location in the middle of jackson. I was satisfied with the clean room, there were a bidet, soft bathrobes, and bath sheets just in case. Mountain view was a pleasant bonus🙂

We appreciated our clean and comfy rooms, and the staff was wonderfully friendly. the location is excellent, right in the heart of Jackson, making it convenient for us. Additionally, the hotel is just 2 miles from tourist destinations like Lincoln Theatre.
